Mr. Sjulsen is an associate for Brickman. Mr. Sjulsen began his career at Brickman in June 2006, and has over 6 years of experience in finance, acquisitions, and asset management. His responsibilities at Brickman include preparing analyses for real estate development projects, underwriting potential acquisitions, disposition of properties, and aiding in fund reporting and management.

Prior to working at Brickman, Mr. Sjulsen worked as an asset manager at D.B. Zwirn & Co. and an analyst at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Sjulsen holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
