Ms. Quiñones is a property accountant for Brickman. She is responsible for monthly property reporting.

Prior to joining Brickman, Ms. Quiñones was a senior accountant at Kimco Realty Corporation, where she was responsible for the reporting of the Mexico Portfolio comprised of ten shopping centers (six operating and four under construction). Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Quiñones was a senior accountant at US Realty Advisors LLC, where she was responsible for the reporting of forty investments comprised of franchise restaurants, distribution centers, retail centers and office buildings throughout the United States.

Ms. Quiñones has over ten years of real estate accounting experience and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Lehman College, Bronx, NY (1994) and an A.A.S. degree in Computer Science from Monroe College, Bronx, NY (1990). Ms. Quiñones has passed all parts of the Certified Public Accountancy Examination.
