Mr. Barnes is a senior vice president for Brickman. Mr. Barnes began his career at Brickman in April 2005 and has over 22 years of experience in finance, asset management, property management, and development. He is responsible for originating and asset management of opportunistic investments. Mr. Barnes focuses on debt and development properties.
Prior to joining Brickman he was the chief operating officer of Rafferty Funding. Mr. Barnes was responsible for the origination, underwriting and due diligence, and asset management.
Mr. Barnes holds a B.A. from Bucknell University.
