Mr. Esquenazi is the CFO and an executive vice president for Brickman. Mr. Esquenazi started at Brickman in August 1998, and has over 23 years of experience in finance, asset management, and property management. He is responsible for accounting and financial reporting, treasury of the portfolio, and supervising the daily management operations of Brickman's properties.

Previously, Mr. Esquenazi was a director in the Real Estate Investment Department at the Sumitomo Corporation. During his eight-year tenure at Sumitomo, Mr. Esquenazi was responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of a portfolio that consisted of two million square feet of commercial property, as well as the development and management of more than 3,000 single and multi-family residential units.

Mr. Esquenazi is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters degree in Taxation from Baruch College.
