Roderick O'Connor is a principal and co-founder of Brickman. Mr. O'Connor has over 29 years of experience in finance and real estate investing. In addition to sharing responsibility for Brickman’s investment strategy, Mr. O'Connor focuses on opportunistic investments—he led the majority of Brickman's early acquisitions and dispositions, and now leads the repositioning and renovation of Brickman's redevelopment and development properties.

Prior to co-founding Brickman, Mr. O'Connor was the founder and senior member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Department at Mabon Nugent & Company. He began his career on Wall Street in 1980 with Dean Witter Reynolds as a management associate.

Mr. O'Connor is on the Board and was formally President of Westchester Country Club. He is on the Board and Chairman of the Building and Grounds Committee for the School of the Holy Child in Rye, New York. Mr. O'Connor received a B.A. from Kenyon College
