Bruce Brickman
Principal Bruce S. Brickman is a principal and co-founder of Brickman. Mr. Brickman has over 31 years of experience in a broad array of real estate investments, including the development, acquisition, and management of office towers, hotels, and residential properties. In addition to his stewardship of Brickman and founding the firm in 1992, Mr. Brickman has focused on the office sector - from evaluation of investment opportunities, to relationships with brokers, to the oversight of leasing. Additionally, Mr. Brickman supervises the firm's relationships with its investment partners.
From 1987 through 1992, Mr. Brickman was the chief operating officer of Edward J. Minskoff Equities, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Brickman was a practicing attorney and real estate developer.
Mr. Brickman is a Trustees Emeritus of Horace Mann School, Chairman of the Board of Summer on the Hill and a Board Member of Common Ground and Street Squash. He is also an original sponsor of the "Prep for Prep" program, which helps talented inner-city students attend private schools.
Mr. Brickman received a B.A. from Middlebury College and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. For the last 30 years, Mr. Brickman has been one of the top-ranked squash players in the nation.
