The Portfolio consists of two Manhattan properties: 655 Fifth Avenue and 100 Broadway. 655 Fifth Avenue commands a premier location on the corner of 52nd Street and 5th Avenue. 100 Broadway is a 383,000 square foot office building with large floorplates and newly renovated office spaces. The investment provided Brickman with excellent risk-adjusted returns on mispriced debt at a low cost basis collaterized by quality assets with stable cash flows.
