Brickman has invested approximately $55 million of equity capital in four transactions across the southeast region of the U.S. More specifically, Brickman invested approximately $33 million of equity capital into core medical office on the Duke University campus and $22 million of equity capital in the growing Atlanta and Savanna, Georgia real estate markets.
