Resorts

Brickman has completed seven resort transactions amounting to over $88 million of equity capital invested. Assets have ranged from luxury Hawaiian hotels to capitalizing on world class ski resorts in Colorado. Most recently, Brickman has purchased two hotels in Bermuda with plans to redevelop the 52 acre site into a 5-star, luxury resort with a for sale residential component and luxury amenities.
