Brickman has invested over $70 million of equity capital in seven hotel transactions throughout the major metropolitan areas in the United States. While hotel development has stalled for the last two years, occupancies are improving in most sectors and average room rates have flattened. Brickman believes in the continued recovery of the hospitality market in the primary costal regions of the United States.
