The Radisson Kauai Beach Resort is a 347 unit resort located on 12 acres of oceanfront property on the island of Kauai. Brickman's loan provided the Borrower with the requisite time (i) to renovate and convert the hotel to a condo hotel, and (ii) properly market and sell condo hotel units in order to maximize the sale proceeds. The loan has been paid off.
