Ms. Guttman is a Vice President for Brickman. Ms. Guttman's responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing the investor relations and portfolio management activities. Ms. Guttman also provides support for capital raising. Prior to working at Brickman, Ms. Guttman was the Director of Investor Relations at Gramercy Capital Corp. where she was responsible for managing all aspects of investor relations for a large public company focused on commercial real estate ownership and finance which included reporting to investors, furnishing information to the board of directors, and providing corporate communications. Prior to developing the investor relations function, Ms. Guttman worked in the originations/underwriting team at Gramercy where she sourced and closed transitional first mortgage and mezzanine loan investments.
Ms. Guttman holds an H.B.A. in Business from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University.
