The Hotel Jerome is a 94-room, full service luxury landmark resort hotel located in Aspen, CO off of Main Street and serves as the primary thoroughfare through the town. Brickman purchased a $10 million Mezzanine Note from a major financial institution in October 2007 at a discount. The Hotel has remained open during improvements and close to half of the renovations have already taken place. At acquisition RockResorts International LLC, a subsidiary of Vail Resorts, Inc., one of the largest ski resort operators in the United States had recently taken over as manager.
