Fund IV
Brickman Fund IV, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("Fund IV"), is a closed-end fund initiated in May 2007 with approximately $303mm in capital commitments. The investment strategy for Fund IV is "core plus/value-added" and its assets consist of four equity investments and seven debt investments. The investments are comprised of class A and B office properties located in the major U.S. coastal markets, as well as mezzanine loans and senior loans on office and hotel properties.
