Brickman Real Estate Fund II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("Fund II") is a closed-end fund initiated in September 2005 with approximately $239mm in capital commitments. The investment strategy for Fund II is "core plus/value-added" and its assets consist of 15 equity investments and two debt investments. Fund II is comprised of office assets, located in major markets on the East coast, Mid-Atlantic and West coast. In general, the assets have smaller tenants, where Brickman can employ a high level of tenant services and property management in order to distinguish Fund II's buildings from similar buildings in the same class. Fund II is comprised of market leading assets in several of the nation’s most desirable office markets. Fund II seeks assets in markets that are characterized by high barriers to entry and limited new supply.
