Fund I
Brickman Real Estate Fund I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("Fund I"), is a closed-end fund initiated in May 2002 with approximately $75mm in capital commitments. The investment strategy for Fund I is "opportunistic" and its assets consist of four equity investments and four debt investments. Fund I, which is fully invested, focuses on opportunistic debt and equity mainly in New York and Washington, D.C.
