Bernard T. (Bud) Barton, Executive Vice President, Development

Mr. Barton is the Executive Vice President of Development at Brickman. He began his career at Brickman in the Fall of 2007, and has over 40 years of experience in construction and project management. Mr. Barton oversees the Firm’s development projects. His responsibilities include professional team selection, contracts, budgeting, design coordination, and project execution.
Mr. Barton has been responsible for the development of many nationally recognized projects including City Place in West Palm Beach, the renovation of The St. Regis in Washington, D.C. (as a consultant) and the vertical expansion of two major malls in the Boston area (Burlington and South Shore Plaza Malls).
He has accomplished the development of many millions of square feet of various types of building projects in his long career in the construction and development industry. Mr. Barton started in the industry in 1969.
Tien-Yueh Bosma Kubach, Project Manager

Ms. Bosma Kubach is a Project Manager at Brickman. She began her career at Brickman in March 2008 and has over 10 years of experience in project management. Ms. Bosma Kubach’s responsibilities include overseeing all phases of the design and construction of Brickman’s hotel developments. She has experience in project management, preconstruction and project design.
Prior to joining Brickman, Ms. Bosma Kubach was a vice president at Tishman Hotel Corporation where she was responsible for the development, construction and coordination of Tishman developed hotel assets. Ms. Bosma Kubach was also involved in acquisition and due diligence assignments where she was responsible for performing the property reviews. She performed site reviews and directed capital expenditures for Tishman’s existing hotel portfolio.
Ms. Bosma Kubach holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration with a concentration in Hotel Planning, Design and Construction from Cornell University.
Meredith O'Connor, Assistant Project Manager

Ms. O'Connor is an Assistant Project Manager for Brickman. Ms. O'Connor works on the 1280 Fifth project. Her responsibilities include coordinating the sales team, design team and construction team.
Ms. O'Connor holds a B.A. in History from Kenyon College.
