Brad Beebe, Controller

Mr. Beebe is the controller for Brickman. Mr. Beebe began his career at Brickman in June 2001 and has over 26 years of experience in real estate accounting and property management. He is responsible for property accounting and reporting. He is also responsible for fund consolidations and investor reporting.
Prior to joining Brickman, Mr. Beebe was a Property Controller for Newmark and Company Real Estate, Inc., where he was responsible for the management and monthly reporting for Class A commercial office buildings in New York City.
Mr. Beebe has over twenty years of real estate accounting experience and holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.
Anthony Persaud, Assistant Controller

Mr. Persaud is the Assistant Controller for Brickman Associates. Mr. Persaud began his career at Brickman in May 2007 and has over 12 years of experience in real estate accounting. He is responsible for property accounting and reporting.
Prior to joining Brickman, Mr. Persaud was an Assistant Controller at TGM Associates and before that, a Controller at Kimco Realty Corporation. He has worked with several types of real estate assets in the industry including: residential, commercial, industrial and retail.
Mr. Persaud has over 10 years of real estate accounting experience and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and minor in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Pamela Sermons, Property Accountant

Ms. Sermons is a property accountant for Brickman. She is responsible for monthly property reporting.
Prior to joining Brickman, Ms. Sermons was an accounting manager at Time Equities Inc., where she was responsible for the monthly reporting for various commercial and residential properties. Prior to joining Time Equities Inc., Ms. Sermons was a property accountant at Abramson Brothers, Inc., where she was responsible for the management and monthly reporting for commercial office buildings.
Ms. Sermons has over twenty years of real estate accounting experience and holds an A.A.S. from Staten Island Community College.
Maria Quiñones, Property Accountant

Ms. Quiñones is a property accountant for Brickman. She is responsible for monthly property reporting. Prior to joining Brickman, Ms. Quiñones was a senior accountant at Kimco Realty Corporation, where she was responsible for the reporting of the Mexico Portfolio comprised of ten shopping centers (six operating and four under construction).
Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Quiñones was a senior accountant at US Realty Advisors LLC, where she was responsible for the reporting of forty investments comprised of franchise restaurants, distribution centers, retail centers and office buildings throughout the United States.
Ms. Quiñones has over ten years of real estate accounting experience and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Lehman College, Bronx, NY (1994) and an A.A.S. degree in Computer Science from Monroe College, Bronx, NY (1990). Ms. Quiñones has passed all parts of the Certified Public Accountancy Examination.
