The Property is located in the Pioneer Square submarket of Seattle, WA and consists of a 73,557 square foot office condominium on the first six floors of the interconnected Olympic Block Building and Lippy Building as well as 21 parking spaces in a subterranean parking garage. The Olympic Block Building was built in 1986 and contains nine stories, the top three containing 18 residential condominiums which are not part of the Property.
